Shipping policy

Shipping:

All orders are processed and shipped/delivered from one of our two locations - Halifax or Aylesford Lake. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification you can track. If you need your order sooner, reach out to us and we'll make sure to get your order out asap.

Shipping costs are automatically estimated at checkout based on your location and order. Orders over $100 will be shipped for free. 

We offer $5 delivery within HRM and Windsor - Kentville. 

We offer free pick-up at both our locations - Tantallon and Aylesford Lake.

Every candle and package is wrapped to ensure protection and avoid damage. Unfortunately, sometimes orders do get damaged. If this happens during the shipping process, we will resend your order.

 

Returns:

If your candle doesn't meet your standards, you have 14 days within the date of your purchase for a full refund, or 30 days within date of purchase for an exchange. 

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for candles purchased from third parties/retailers.
